python-gamera.toolkits.ocr software package provides toolkit for building OCR systems, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-gamera.toolkits.ocr
python-gamera.toolkits.ocr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-gamera.toolkits.ocr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-gamera.toolkits.ocr *
You will get with python-gamera.toolkits.ocr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
